“Where are you located?”
We get this question quite often. Yes, there is an answer…depending on why you are asking!
Our office is in Van Buren Township, MI. We have remote locations in Belleville, Plymouth Township, Ann Arbor and Canton. However, that is NOT where our service trucks are located. Since you cannot bring your house/business to us, what matters is “what area do we service”.
We service the entire Metro Detroit area, from Grosse Isle to Dexter, from Monroe to Novi. Where do we park our trucks at night? Even that doesn’t matter! We may have an available truck in South Lyon when you call from Trenton. It doesn’t matter where our last service call was…you pay the exact same rate if we are coming from next door or 40 miles away (or more).
The map below is just a guideline. If your home/business is out of the area shown, it “may” be too far for us to travel IF:
- You are far off the main freeways
- We don’t happen to have any service trucks in your area at the time
- The job is too small to justify the extra travel
In any case, if you are in the Metro Detroit area, you are probably in our service area. Give us a call at (734) 740-6718 to find out for sure! Just because a service contractor’s mailing address is near you doesn’t necessarily mean that their rates are better for your job.
